“The Third Intelligible Triad and the Intellective Gods”
June 16, 2013
My article from Méthexis 25 (2012), “The Third Intelligible Triad and the Intellective Gods“, is now available as a PDF on the Philosophy page. This article, the sequel to “The Intelligible Gods in the Platonic Theology of Proclus” (Méthexis 21, 2008) and “The Second Intelligible Triad and the Intelligible-Intellective Gods” (Méthexis 23, 2010), completes the sequence of articles based on my dissertation, The Metaphysics of Polytheism in Proclus (2003), a sequence which began with “Polytheism and Individuality in the Henadic Manifold” (Dionysius 23, 2005) and “The Gods and Being in Proclus” (Dionysius 26, 2008), all of which are also available on the Philosophy page of this site. I’d like to thank the editors at Dionysius and Méthexis for their faith in my work, and hope to publish more in these fine journals in the years to come.
